Parking lots will have ADA parking available and will provide ADA service to SunTrust Park. For ADA or mobility service from your parking lot call 1-800-251-6015 for mobility van service directly to SunTrust Park. We recommend calling 20 minutes prior to the time you would like to be picked up. If you don't call before you arrive, please make the attendant at your parking lot aware of your ADA needs.
Accessible Seating/Companion Seating
SunTrust Park provides all guests requesting Accessible Seating with exceptional sightlines and adequate space to enjoy a Braves game or Special event in comfort. All of SunTrust Parks Accessible Seating locations are as follows: Sections 1, 4, 9, 12, 22, 25, 30, 39, 107, 111, 113, 118, 122, 130, 133, 138, 141, 144, 145, 146, 156, 213, 215, 218, 220, 231, 233, 238, 243, 313, 315, 318, 323, 329, 333, 339, 344, 346, and all private suites.
Assistive Listening Devices
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at all Guest Services Booths. A valid ID (Driver's license or state-issued ID care) must be left in exchange for the ALD. Guest Services Booths are located at Sections 111, 218, 233 and 314.
Braves Exceptional Fans Program
The Atlanta Braves are excited to offer information and resources for families to ensure attending games is a comfortable and fun experience for everyone! We have a Social Storybook that illustrates what to expect when you come to a Braves game at SunTrust Park, a sensory map, dedicated Accessible Seating Specialists on staff and more. Guests who purchase tickets through the Accessible Seating Department will receive a Welcome Kit, including a special green credential that says "Braves Exceptional Fan" with a spot for emergency contact information.
Welcome Kit: While at the game, families who purchased their 'Exceptional Fan' specific tickets through our Accessible Services Department will have their welcome kit delivered to them in game.
- Exclusive Credentials: This will allow you to skip concessions lines if needed and provide a place for emergency contact information.*

Guests with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food but they must notify security upon entry.
Drop-off/Pick Up Areas
Windy Ridge Rd serves as a drop off area but with our mobility shuttles and courtesy carts, we can accommodate guests from all Braves parking lots and decks.
SunTrust Park has access to electrical outlets in most accessible seating locations. Electrical outlets can be found in: Sections 215, 218, 233, 238, 313, 318, 323, 333, 339, 344 and 346.
There are seven elevators available to guests at SunTrust Park. All seven elevators are accessible to guests with disabilities. These elevators are located at: 1st Base Gate, 3rd Base Gate, Left Field Gate, Terrapin Taproom and Hope and Will's Sandlot (by the Home Depot Clubhouse).
All full-time and seasonal staff go through a safety training with our Stadium Operations Manager to learn how to care for all guests safely in any emergency.
To request assistance in the ballpark, text 'Braves issue and location" to 69050.
The first aid stations are located at the Right Field Gate, Section 242 and Section 314. They are staffed with nurses and EMTs to respond to all guests' needs before, during and after the game. Please contact the nearest Usher, or Guest Services Representative should you require assistance.
Should you require any additional information or assistance, please visit our Guest Services Booths at Sections 111, 218, 233 and 314. The Guest Services representatives will assist you with all questions, problems, lost and found items, guest suggestions and lost children/parents.
Interpreting & Translating Services
We have multiple staff members who speak or sign a multitude of languages. If you need a translator or an interpreter, you may either notify your usher or go to Guest Services 111.
Noise Cancelling Headphones
Noise cancelling headphones can be found at Guest Services 111.
Private Luxury Suites and Party Suites
All private suites and party suites are accessible. All suites have versatility for wheelchairs, scooters and padded folding chairs.
MARTA accommodates for guests with disabilities. For further information, please contact MARTA customer service at 404-848-5000 or visit www.itsmarta.com.
All of our first aid locations, our elevator lobbies at sections 120 and 137, Guest Services booths at sections 218 and 233, and the "kid's area" of the nursing lounge (Section 141) will accommodate as quiet spaces. We also suggest Monument Garden after first pitch as an alternative due to the water feature.
All restrooms throughout the ballpark are ADA accessible. Family restrooms may be found in: Hope & Will's Sandlot, Sections 148/149. 138/140, 128, 122, 112, 216, 241, 312, 329/330 & 345.

Service Animals Policy
Service animals are welcome to SunTrust Park. You may relieve service animals at any gate.
Accessible seating is available through the Atlanta Braves ticket office. When purchasing tickets please inform an accessible seating specialist of any specific accommodations you may require. All accessible tickets are on a first come, first serve basis.
Ticket and Will Call windows are located off of 755 Battery Ave. next to the Right Field Gate. Tickets may also be purchased for future games inside SunTrust Park next to Guest Services at Section 111.
All windows and counters are built in compliance to ADA regulations.

Our Accessible Seating Specialists are committed to accommodating each guest with reasonable and appropriate accommodations based on everyone's needs. Accessible seating may also be purchased at the SunTrust Park Ticket Windows.
Group Tickets: Accessible seating for groups of 20 or more is available throughout the ballpark. Prior arrangements must be made to assure adequate accommodations, including seat locations for companions not requiring accessible accommodations. All seating is subject to availability. All water fountains are accessible.
For those individuals who require assistance from the gates to their seats, complimentary wheelchair services are available. Contact any Braves employee to have a wheelchair attendant assist you. Guests utilizing the wheelchair assistance will receive a ticket from their attendant to arrange a postgame pick-up time. Wheelchair service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and no reservations are accepted. Contact any Braves employee should you need assistance with wheelchairs during or after the game and an attendant will come to your location.
