Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

DATES: This Sweepstakes period begins January 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CT and ends March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

WHO MAY ENTER: Open to all legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Individuals employed by Motorola Mobility LLC (“Sponsor”), Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Cubs” or “Administrator”), the other MLB Entities (as defined herein), and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.cubs.com/alternatejerseysweepstakes to access the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB's Terms of Use (accessible at mlb.com/tou) and Privacy Policy (accessible at mlb.com/privacy). Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All online entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial email from Sponsor, Cubs and/or MLB and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor, Cubs or MLB; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant's chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees Cubs shall own the entry submitted (including the copyright thereto and all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may exploit, edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any entry, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to the entrant of any kind, except as prohibited by law.

HOW TO WIN: On or about March 22, 2025 ("Drawing Date"), the potential winner will be selected by random drawing among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email provided at time of entry. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner (the "Winner") of the Sweepstakes. You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by Administrator. Decisions of Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: There will be a total of one (1) winner during the Sweepstakes. Winner will receive the following prize:

• Four (4) Chicago Cubs Alternate Jerseys with Motorola jersey patch. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $500
• One (1) game-worn Chicago Cubs Alternate Jersey. ARV $500
• One (1) meet & greet session with a Chicago Cubs player to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $500
• Four (4) tickets (for Winner and Winner's three (3) guests) to a 2025 Chicago Cubs regular season home game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $2,000
• Four (4) pre-game on-field passes (for Winner and Winner's three (3) guests) to the aforementioned game. ARV $100
• One (1) motorola razr+. ARV $1,000

TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. The total ARV of the prize in the Sweepstakes is $4,600. Prize does not include any wireless plan or service. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should a prize or any component of a prize become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, Prize packages do not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. All applicable taxes and usage charges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor, Administrator or its agents shall require payment from winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Sponsor and Cubs expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Sponsor and Cubs makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.

Exact nature and duration of the meet and greet experience shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Cubs and subject to availability. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see cubs.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Cubs. Winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see cubs.com/ballpark for details. Cubs and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Cubs and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

CLAIMING PRIZE: On or about the Drawing Date, the potential winner will be notified via email. Potential winner has forty-eight (48) hours from the time of contact to confirm & accept the winning. Potential winner may be asked to verify eligibility and sign a Release & Waiver of Liability. Verification must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of the potential winner notification. Upon confirming verification, prize will be shipped to confirmed winner. Allow seven (7) business days for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.

Failure to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of potential winner notification or failure to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and an alternative potential winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize, does not comply with Administrator's instructions, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, in Administrator's sole discretion. If any potential winner forfeits a prize, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Administrator his/her prize. Unclaimed prize will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. By accepting prize, Winner consents to Sponsor's and/or Cubs use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon delivery to the winner's address, Sponsor and Cubs will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.

Each entrant agrees that his or her entry complies with these Official Rules. Each entrant also agrees that Sponsor and/or Cubs may disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor and/or Administrator believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that an entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Administrator rejects any entry, such entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries actually received by Administrator will be eligible. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many entries in connection with this Sweepstake and/or other sweepstakes staged and/or promoted by the Sponsor or produce materials similar to such entries, and that such entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other entries submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. entrant waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the entrant may be similar to his/her entry, or that any compensation is due to entrant in connection with such entry or other works used by Sponsor.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parents companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize related activity.

PRIVACY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to Sponsor's use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. You may review Sponsor's Privacy policy at https://www.motorola.com/us/legal/privacy-policy. Your personal information may be shared with the other Sweepstakes Parties. The individual Sweepstakes Parties are solely responsible for their use of this information.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
