- When and where will Oktoberfest with the Cubs take place?
- Oktoberfest with the Cubs will take place September 19-21 in the Toyota Camry Lot at 1126 W. Grace Street.
- Hours of operation are:
- Friday, September 19: 4-10 p.m.
- Saturday, September 20: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Sunday, September 21: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Where can I find the schedule of events for the weekend?
- A full schedule, from live music lineups to yodeling and Stein-holding events, can be found at cubs.com/oktoberfest.
- What do I need to do before my activity or event starts?
- You must check in 15 minutes prior to the assigned event time.
- For kid-friendly events, parent or guardian supervision is required.
- Are there prizes for the winners of each event?
- Yes, there will be prizes.
- Oktoberfest with the Cubs has been designated as a 2025 Illinois State Championship Qualifying Venue by the US Steinholding Association, giving Stein-holding participants the chance to qualify for the state tournament in October!
- What types of tickets are available?
- Tickets are required to attend and start at $15 for adults for one-day GA access. Discounted pricing is available if tickets to multiple days are purchased.
- Children 10 and under can attend for free.
- A separate ticket is required for each day and will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app.
- Carnival rides require separate tickets which can be purchased on-site.
- VIP tickets are also available for $75.
- What’s included with a VIP ticket?
- A VIP ticket includes access to a reserved area with seating and dedicated restrooms, as well as a complimentary first beer and branded Stein, along with ride tickets.
- Ticket options in VIP are available for those under the age of 21 with children 3 and under gaining access to VIP for free.
- Can I upgrade my GA ticket to a VIP ticket?
- Ticket upgrades can be made upon entry. Please note VIP tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Can I purchase tickets on-site?
- Tickets can be purchased on-site.
- What if I lose my ticket?
- Ticket booths are available on-site for assistance with recovering or replacing lost tickets.
- Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event?
- Tickets for Oktoberfest with the Cubs are nonrefundable. Refunds and/or exchanges are not available.
- What if it rains?
- Oktoberfest with the Cubs will be open rain or shine. Please plan accordingly.
- Can I leave and re-enter the event?
- Yes, re-entry is allowed. Please make sure to get your hand stamped before exiting for entry back into the event.
- How can I get there? Where should I park?
- We encourage the use of public transportation. Visit Cubs.com/Transportation for detailed information on transit options from across Chicago.
- Limited parking will be available for purchase at the Irving Park Lot (1052 W. Irving Park Rd. Chicago, IL 60613) on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment for parking includes a credit card, debit card or mobile wallet. No cash will be accepted.
- What is the bag policy for this event?
- Backpacks (including clear backpacks), hard-sided coolers (regardless of size) and bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches are not permitted. Other bags smaller than 16 x 16 x 8 inches in size are permitted. Strollers will be permitted.

- Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, dogs will be permitted inside but must remain leashed at all times.
- Additionally, Dachshund owners can sign up their dog to participate in the Oktoberfest with the Cubs Dachshund parade Saturday at 3:30 p.m. CT.
- Nourishing Hope is collecting donations during the event. How can I contribute?
- Local food pantry Nourishing Hope will be collecting nonperishable food items during the event to give back to the community. Attendees interested in donating can drop off their items at the Nourishing Hope tent upon entry.
- Will the festivities extend into Wrigley Field?
- No, the event will not extend to inside the ballpark. However, fans can keep the party going Tuesday, September 23, with an Oktoberfest celebration at Gallagher Way before the Cubs vs. Mets game.
