Multiyear Season Tickets FAQ
What is the multiyear season ticket plan and its advantage?
- The multiyear season ticket plan is a three-year agreement that provides the most affordable season ticket pricing and offers the best opportunity to secure access to purchase tickets for the 2027 All-Star events to be played at Wrigley Field, pending plan and availability.
- By choosing the multiyear plan, you lock in your price increase to not exceed 3%* for the 2027 season and 3%* for the 2028 season as well as guarantee your access to purchase 2027 MLB All-Star Week events based on your season ticket plan.
*3% price increase is based on full-season plan pricing. Partial plans may vary.
Is the multiyear plan the only way to guarantee access to purchase All-Star Week event tickets?
Yes, the multiyear plan (three-year agreement) is the only way to guarantee a chance at securing the opportunity to purchase 2027 All-Star Week event* tickets. All tickets are subject to availability as events are MLB jewel events and inventory will be extremely limited. Ticket access will vary by season ticket plan.
Multiyear Full-Season Plan (three-year agreement): Access to all three events, and the ability to decide between purchasing all three events or just All-Star Saturday along with either the Home Run Derby or All-Star Game.
Multiyear Half-Season (three-year agreement): Access to purchase either the Home Run Derby or All-Star Game, along with the All-Star Saturday. You will be assigned either Home Run Derby or All-Star Game based on availability.
Any remaining inventory after allocating tickets to multiyear Season Ticket Holders will be made available for purchase to Season Ticket Holders who opted for the annual single year plan via a special purchase opportunity.
*MLB events are subject to change based on the schedule for 2027 MLB All-Star Week.
If I select the multiyear season ticket plan, how many seats can I purchase for the All-Star Week events I have access to based on my plan?
- In order to ensure that as many Season Ticket Holders are able to enjoy the events as possible, multiyear Season Ticket Holders will have access to purchase the same number of seats in your season ticket plan, up to a maximum of four tickets per account, to the All-Star Week events you have access to based on your season ticket plan.
- For example, if you have two tickets on your season ticket account you are eligible to purchase a maximum of two tickets to the All-Star events that correspond to your multiyear season ticket plan. If you have six tickets on your account, then you are eligible to purchase a maximum of four tickets.
Am I locked into the same plan and/or seat location for the agreement term?
- By choosing the multiyear plan, you are committing to the same season ticket plan for all three years of the agreement term. As part of the annual relocation process following the season, you will have the opportunity to review upgrade options, if available. Please note that upgrades to ticket plans do not guarantee increased ticket access to All-Star Week events.
- Any remaining available inventory will be made available to Season Ticket Holders who opted for the traditional single year plan and/or upgraded their season ticket plan during relocation via a special purchase opportunity, pending availability.
Do I have to sign an agreement to select the multiyear plan?
- Yes, you will be sent the multiyear Cubs Seat License Agreement to sign electronically if you select the multiyear plan within the purchase flow. All agreements must be signed within 48 hours after receipt or eligibility would revert to an annual season ticket plan (including All-Star access).
If I select the multiyear plan, what happens if I cannot maintain my commitment to renew through the 2028 season?
- All multiyear agreements must be fulfilled as signed through the 2028 season. Failure to fulfill agreements may result in the loss of access to purchase All-Star Week event tickets and/or forfeiture of deposits. Please be sure to review your agreement for details.
Do I have to pay for all three years up front?
- No. If you select the multiyear option, payments will continue to be made on a year-to-year basis with the only change being the date of first payment required for the 2028 season.
