Calling all Chicagoland K-5 teachers! Finish the 2025-26 school year with a class trip to Wrigley Field Thursday, May 7. Enjoy fun educational programming before watching the Cubs take on the Cincinnati Reds.
During the pregame programming, students will hear from local writers from 826Chi to learn about expressing their love of Chicago through creative writing. Join us to hear their stories, create your own and enjoy this educational event at Wrigley Field!
Event timeline:
- 10-10:45 a.m. – Arrival
- Arrive and meet at the Gallagher Way Gate
- Activity booklets distributed upon arrival (Please ensure all students receive an activity booklet before heading to their seats).
- 10:50 a.m. – Introductions by 826Chi
- 11 a.m. – Presentation from 826Chi
- 11:30-11:45 a.m. – Head to seats
- Please note lunch is not provided
- 11:50 a.m. – Gates open to the public
- 1:20 p.m. – First pitch
