About Cleveland Guardians Charities
Established in 1989, Cleveland Guardians Charities (CGC) is the self-sustaining charitable arm of the Cleveland Guardians that supports the broader Cleveland community, including by concentrating on creative partnerships with select organizations that focus on youth education and recreation. Since its inception, CGF has donated more than $12 million to youth-oriented agencies and organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.

CGC Beneficiaries for 2023 Included:
- Cleveland Metropolitan School District - Provide funding for high school baseball and softball programs.
- The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland - Provide educational outreach programs.
- Cleveland Baseball Federation - Grow youth participation in baseball and softball by administering the Larry Doby Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) and Rookie League, free of charge to youth who do not have the financial means to participate otherwise.
- Diamond Improvement Grant - Assist in league funding, programming and renovation of playing fields.
