2020 Cleveland Indians Value Club

What is Value Club?

  • With the purchase of a $40 membership, Value Club members can access up to $300 of value in special offers that are made available throughout the season.
  • Value Club benefits will apply to Tickets, Food and Beverage (F&B) items and/or Official Cleveland Indians merchandise purchases.
    • Examples may include:
      • $4 off any one Dante’s Pizza for the TEX Series (5/4-5/7)
      • 15% off a New Era hat during the TB series (4/9-4/12)
      • Buy One, Get One Free Upper Reserved Ticket to HOU Series (6/29 - 7/1)

How does Value Club work?

  • After purchasing a membership, offers will be loaded during the 2020 baseball season into your MyTickets account for ticket offers and your Ballpark App for F&B/Merchandise Offers.
    • Ticket offers – Members shall log into their MyTickets account at Indians.com/MyTickets. If a ticket offer is currently active, it will be located in the "Special Offers" tab. Members may select the active offer and purchase discounted tickets through the standard checkout process.
      • Note: Ticket offers are only available via MyTickets; members will not be able to utilize Value Club ticket offers on tickets purchased through the Ballpark App.
    • F&B/Merchandise Offers – Members may redeem F&B/Merchandise offers at a designated location throughout Progressive Field (i.e. Main Team Shop, Ballpark Classics stand, etc). To redeem, members need to open the Ballpark App and locate "Value Club" (located within the Block C Indians tab). Once located, present the barcode within the "Value Club" tab to the cashier during checkout for the qualified purchase.
  • Offers will be announced before individual home series in the Ballpark App.
  • You must have access to the Ballpark App in order to redeem the offers.

FAQs

Q: How do I purchase a Value Club Membership?
A: Value Club Memberships are available for purchase through our website: Indians.com/valueclub

Q: Can I purchase multiple memberships?
A: Memberships are limited to one per Indians.com account. If you know someone who is interested in joining the Value Club, he or she may purchase a membership at Indians.com/ValueClub to gain access to full benefits.

Q: Can I see the whole schedule of offers?
A: Because Value Club is a pilot program, we are continuously working to determine which offers will deliver the most value back to its members. As a result, the items included in Value Club offers will be updated throughout the season based on usage and feedback from our members. However, we have included some example offers on the website to give you an idea of what to expect.

Q: Do offers expire?
A: Offers are valid for a fixed period of time (i.e., a specific home series) and the active dates for the offers will be stated within the offer. However, Value Club members will have access to at least one offer during most home games.

Q: What if I don’t have a smartphone?
A: Because all of our F&B/Merchandise offers are only accessible through the Ballpark app, a smartphone is required for participation in Value Club.

Q: Do I have to pay all $40 upfront?
A: Yes. A one-time payment of $40 is required to guarantee up to $300 worth of valuable offers all season long. While we don’t offer payment plans at this time, we would love to hear from you if a payment plan would improve your Value Club experience.

Q: Can I buy any time during the year?
A: In order to ensure that members have access to the full array of benefits, memberships must be purchased before Opening Day (March 26, 2020).

Q: Can I cancel and get my money back?
A: Members can cancel their membership at any time. However, we do not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for cancelled subscription. If you have feedback on how to make the Value Club better, we would love to hear from you. Please call 216-420-HITS or email [email protected].

Q: What if I have issues with the Ballpark app or offers?
A: Members who encounter difficulties while redeeming offers are encouraged to call us at 216-420-HITS, or while attending a game at Progressive Field, please visit the Fan Service Center located behind Section 153. In addition, we are always looking for ways to make offers for our fans better and would love to hear any feedback you may have at 216-420-HITS or [email protected].

Q: What if I don’t attend a game?
A: Offers that are not redeemed during the offer period in which they are active will expire at the end of that period. Offers are not transferrable and do not rollover, so members are encouraged to redeem all the offers as they are available. However, we will have offers all season long, so be on the lookout for the next offer coming!

Q: If I forward my tickets, will the attending person have access to these offers?
A: Value Club offers are nontransferable. If you know someone who is interested in the Value Club offers, please have them visit Indians.com/ValueClub to purchase his or her own membership before Opening Day.
