2021 Health and Safety Measures

• Contactless parking now available in all parking garages
• Pre-purchase parking by visiting marlins.com/parking or find a parking space and follow the instructions provided on the PayByPhone app

• Face coverings are required inside loanDepot park and may only be temporarily removed when drinking a beverage or consuming food from your assigned seating pod
• Face coverings are mandatory for all guests ages two (2) and over
• Face coverings must adequately cover both your nose and mouth
• Malfunction with your face covering? No problem. Notify a Team Member and we are happy to provide a replacement
• Those who do not comply with the mandatory face covering policy will receive a verbal warning followed by potential removal from the ballpark. Safety of our guests is our priority and adherence to the new health and safety policies is non-negotiable
• Permitted: KN95, N95, Cloth, Surgical/3-Ply and Face Shield (only when accompanied by another approved face covering)
• Not Permitted: Bandanna, Gaiter and any face covering w/ an exhalation valve

• Guests will not be required to submit a health screen questionnaire prior to entry
• Guests who begin to feel unwell or observe another guest with COVID-19 symptoms are encouraged to self-report by texting the issue and location to the Marlins COVID-19 Hotline at 305-480-4999
• Dedicated isolation areas and other resources will be available upon request
• For the safety of all guests and Team Members, if you have or recently experienced any COVID-19 related symptoms, please stay home and notify your health care provider
• Those that are most vulnerable to COVID-19 should exercise caution. Click here for a list of medical conditions that place people at an increased risk of severe illness

Queuing

• Floor markers will be located at each entrance queue to support social distancing. We ask that all guests stand with their pod while awaiting security screening

Outside Food and Beverage Policy

• Personal food items will not be permitted unless due to specific dietary restrictions
• A single, sealed, 20 oz. bottle of unflavored water per guest will be permitted

Security Screening

• Guests no longer need to empty their pockets of phones, keys, wallets, or change prior to passing through the walkthrough metal detectors unless otherwise requested

• Bags are not permitted inside loanDepot park unless for medical or infant purposes; all bags are subject to inspection
• Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 4.5"x6.5"

• Download the MLB Ballpark app to access your game tickets
• For quicker entry:
  • Ensure your phone is charged
  • Access your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app
  • Transfer tickets to the individuals in your pod prior to arriving to the ballpark
  • Ensure the brightness on your phone is turned up as much as possible
  • Pull up your mobile ticket via the MLB Ballpark app prior to security screening
• Screenshots and printed tickets will not be accepted at any entrance
• If you are having difficulty accessing your tickets on your mobile device, please visit the North Ticket Office prior to approaching security screening

• Giveaways will return for the 2021 season on a first come-first serve basis as supplies last
• Most giveaways will be individually packaged
• Giveaways cannot be exchanged once received
• Team Members distributing giveaways will be equipped with nitrile gloves

• Signage, floor markers, and other resources will remind guests to remain physically distanced a minimum of 6 feet
• Seating areas have been configured to provide proper distancing between ticketed groups. Please do your part and maintain pod integrity throughout the game
• Elevators will transport a limited number of guests per car. Distancing on escalators will also be enforced
• Capacity inside retail locations, premium areas, and group spaces have been adjusted appropriately

• Guests are encouraged to pay electronically (debit, credit, Apple Pay, etc.) at all concession and retail locations

• Food and beverage will be sold throughout loanDepot park
• Electronic payments preferred at all concession locations
• Why wait? Place your food and beverage order for pick-up at the concession stand of your choice
• All food and beverage should be consumed in your assigned seating pod and not while traveling the concourse. Congregating at the standing rails throughout the ballpark is discouraged
• Face coverings can only be lowered when actively eating or drinking in your assigned seat. Please return your face mask between pauses in consumption
• Prepackaged straws, cutlery, and condiments will be available at each concession stand

• Select retail locations will be open throughout the concourse
• Electronic payment preferred at all retail locations
• Social distancing enforced at all retail locations in the form of reduced in-store capacities, signage, floor markers, and proper closing of registers to create separation between patrons
• Fitting of apparel and merchandise prior to purchase will not be permitted

• Team Members are required to submit a health screen questionnaire prior to arriving to work each day
• Team Members will have their temperature taken prior to gaining access to the ballpark each day
• Any Team Member that experiences COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to stay home
• Team Members are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on shift

• loanDepot park is proud to have enrolled to receive WELL Health-Safety Certification
• Our cleaning and disinfection protocols continually mirror recommendations set forth by CDC, OSHA, WHO, and MLB guidelines
• Surfaces and objects touched frequently will be regularly disinfected using CDC/EPA approved chemicals
• Introduction of enhanced HVAC filters to promote a clean air environment
• Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the ballpark at heavily trafficked areas
• Each restroom is equipped with a dedicated member of our housekeeping team to disinfect high-touch areas after use
