Marlins Youth Academy Camp

The Miami Marlins Foundation has partnered with Steel Sports to host two 5-day youth baseball and softball camps that offer a foundation of developmental building blocks as young athletes continue to learn the game. Kids will incorporate life-enhancing skills while having fun and making memories.

The Marlins Youth Academy Camp with Steel Sports will operate Monday - Friday, from 9 AM to 1 PM at Tropical Park. Each camp will consist of 60 young athletes between the ages of 7 and 13 years old.

The fundamental aspects of the game will be broken down and covered over the span of the 5-day camp experience in a style that is suited for any experience level. The camp will include various instructional drills and challenges that focus on different components of the game, i.e. throwing, fielding, base-running, and hitting.

There are a limited number of scholarships available to help those in financial need participate in the camp. These applications will be awarded on a first come first serve basis to applicants that meet all the requirements.
