LEON Home Runs for Healthcare

The Miami Marlins and LEON Medical Centers have teamed up to launch “Home Runs for Healthcare,” a new community-driven initiative that transforms on-field performance into meaningful impact across South Florida.
Under the program, LEON Medical Centers will make a financial contribution to La Liga Contra El Cancer (The League Against Cancer) for every home run hit by a Marlins player during the 2026 season. Funds will support free medical care, treatment, and support services to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured cancer patients in Florida.
The initiative reflects the Marlins’ belief that the fan is the heartbeat of the organization and that the power of baseball extends beyond the field. Each home run will serve as both a celebration at loanDepot park and a tangible investment in the health of South Floridians.
