Can I pre-order items?
Yes. Pending availability and subject to the terms and conditions outlined above, items from an upcoming game can be pre-ordered by emailing us at gameused@marlins.com.
Can I request a specific game-used item?
Yes. You can always email Marlins Authentics at gameused@marlins.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request. A live look at inventory can also be reviewed by visiting the “From Field to Fan” section and clicking “View Inventory”.
Can I purchase items on the day of the game?
Yes. You can visit our kiosk at Section 26 on the Promenade Level during home games to see what we have to offer. Once again, we will do our best to accommodate requests should you be interested in something not displayed. Items that we are unable to retrieve on the day of the game can also be shipped to you.
Can my item(s) be shipped?
Yes. For any item purchased directly or at a game, we can always ship your purchase via FedEx Ground. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee, fixed at $15 for domestic shipping. International shipping is also available, and pricing varies, depending upon destination.
Items authenticated through Marlins Authentics may be made available for purchase at the sole and absolute discretion of the Miami Marlins. The availability of items may change quickly, and the sale and purchase of items is never guaranteed.
Without limiting the foregoing, any items offered by Marlins Authentics are a revocable and contingent offer. The Marlins are not obligated to accept any offer. By way of example only, if an item offered for sale prior to a game is deemed to have historical significance to Major League Baseball, the Miami Marlins, its individual players, and/or the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the offer for sale may be rescinded. Further, your order of an item does not constitute the Miami Marlins’ acceptance of an offer of purchase. The Miami Marlins reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any pre-order based on the request of members of the Miami Marlins organization, the Marlins Hall of Fame, the Club's players/coaches/manager, Major League Baseball, or the National Baseball Hall of Fame. In such an event, the applicable order will not be fulfilled, and the full amount of any purchase will be refunded in a timely manner.
