2022 Impacted Ticket Policy

The Marlins will provide eligible Marlins Members (season ticket members), suite holders, groups and single-game ticket buyers who purchased directly through the Marlins an account credit or refund as set forth below for all impacted games during the 2022 season - a list of such games can be found below. An Impacted Game will be determined at the sole discretion of the Marlins based on any change in date or other status for each scheduled home game of the Marlins 2022 regular season.
The account credit for an Impacted Ticket (a ticket for an Impacted Game purchased prior to the game being classified and posted as impacted) will be equal to the ticket price paid as well as any ticket fees paid (pro-rated as appropriate) for the Impacted Ticket, is non-transferable, and will only be eligible to be used for any Marlins 2022 or 2023 regular season home games at loanDepot park unless the Impacted Account is otherwise notified by the Marlins. Impacted Tickets will not be eligible for bonus credit unless the Impacted Account is otherwise notified by the Marlins. Use of account credit for future ticket purchases is subject to the standard ticket terms for Miami Marlins events which are updated periodically and can be found at marlins.com/ticketterms.
Ticket holders for all Impacted Games who purchased directly through the Marlins may alternatively request a refund for amounts paid (ticket + fees) for impacted tickets. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125 prior to the first game played of the Marlins 2022 regular season.
Any complimentary tickets received for Impacted Games are invalid and will not be eligible for a rescheduled game or future game exchange.

The following list of Impacted Games will be updated as appropriate based on any 2022 schedule announcements by Major League Baseball. Tickets purchased for these games prior to the posted impacted date below are considered Impacted Tickets.
Accounts with Impacted Tickets for the previously scheduled Opening Day, March 31, 2022 will have priority access to apply account credit and/or otherwise purchase available tickets to the Marlins first home game of the 2022 regular season, once that has been determined. Seat locations will be subject to availability and account priority will be considered in assigning the next best seat location available. Account priority for seat location access will be determined at the sole discretion of the Marlins based on 2022 commitment, account tenure and seat category for Marlins Members and date of purchase and seat category for all other impacted ticket holders. All eligible Impacted Accounts will be emailed with information on available presale access prior to an available presale, should a presale occur. Marlins Members, suite holders and group leaders should contact your dedicated Marlins team member for more information.
Any unpaid balance on Marlins ticket accounts will be offset against the account credit or refund provided for Impacted Tickets. Future payments will proceed as scheduled unless communicated otherwise by the Marlins to such accounts. This policy will be monitored closely by the Marlins and is subject to future change at the sole discretion of the Marlins based on any 2022 schedule announcements by Major League Baseball. For Marlins Members, the timetable for the 2023 season re-enrollment period and Member EasyPay will be communicated by August 2022.
Account credits will be loaded to the original account of purchase in My Marlins Tickets by March 31, 2022. Any tickets classified as Impacted Tickets after March 31, 2022 (based on the posted impacted date above) will in general be loaded to the original account of purchase within three (3) business days of the Marlins having classified/posted the original ticket as impacted.
Account refunds for Impacted Tickets will be processed by March 31, 2022 or within seven (7) business days of written receipt of request thereafter. Refunded tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded to the card of purchase – please note it may take up to ten (10) business days for the return to appear in the credit card account. Impacted Tickets purchased with cash or check will be refunded with a check to be sent to the mailing address on file for the original account of purchase in My Marlins Tickets.
Fans who purchased impacted tickets through a third-party site such as SeatGeek or StubHub will need to contact the marketplace directly for account status and ticket policies.
The Ticket Office Windows at loanDepot park will be open on event days only. Impacted ticket requests will not be processed at the loanDepot park Ticket Windows. All Impacted Ticket requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125 prior to the first game played of the Marlins 2022 regular season.
