University of Miami Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day
Join us at loanDepot park for University of Miami Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day on Sunday, September 7.
Doors open for UM faculty and staff at 11:40 AM for a pregame party in the West Plaza before the Marlins take on the Phillies at 1:40 PM. The first 8,000 fans in the stadium will receive a UHealth-branded City Connect Soccer Jersey! Seating for the game will be located on the 3rd base side of the concourse and Legends Level exclusively for UM faculty and staff and will be general admission seating.

Where and When
Sunday, September 7 – loanDepot park, West Plaza
- 11:40 AM: Gates open for UM faculty and staff. All UM faculty and staff must enter through Gate 3 (Home Plate Gate). Pregame party begins!
- 1:25 PM: UM representatives throw out the game’s honorary first pitch.
- 1:40 PM: Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies game begins.
- Select the "Redeem Tickets” button to redeem your complimentary tickets
- Create an account with your University email. If you already have an account, log-in using your email and password
- Enter your information and use your Employee C# (beginning with "C") as the Promo Code
- Confirm information and then click Access Offer
- Select the number of seats you would like. You may claim up to four (4) complimentary tickets and add an additional two (2) tickets at regular price.

- To access your tickets, you must download the MLB Ballpark app to your personal mobile device, using the email address you provided to create an account.

- UM pregame party includes batting cages, cornhole, snacks, music, face painters, and a chance to meet Billy the Marlin!
Exclusive seating in ballpark Lower Level & Legends Level
- While tickets may have seat numbers, all seating on Legends Level during the game will be honored as general admission, allowing you and your family to sit with your colleagues.
Concessions Credit
- Each ticket you redeem grants you $10 of concession credit. You will receive a Concession Ticket that will reflect the total amount of tickets you redeemed
- Ex. 4 tickets redeemed gets you a $40 concession ticket.
Clear bags are permitted, cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" in size and must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Exceptions will only be made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes.
Bin Box Lockers are available next to the main ticket office across the street from the Third Base Garage.
