The Mets Kids Club is a kid only membership program where young Mets fans can enjoy special perks, exclusive items and once in a lifetime experiences. Choose between three different membership options 1) Premium 2) Essentials and 3) Free
You can visit the Kids Club Clubhouse located in section 431 at Citi Field to collect exclusive items and enjoy crafts and activities. The Kids Club Clubhouse in section 431 is open from the time gates open until the end of the third inning Monday-Thursday and until the end of the fifth inning Friday-Sunday.
Player Q&As are exclusive to Kids Club Premium Members. You will see passes in your ballpark app for each player Q&A. These passes are NOT tickets you must hold an additional game ticket to attend the player Q&A. Your Kids Club Premium ticket vouchers can be redeemed for games when Player Q&As occur.
Player Q&As are currently scheduled for the following dates and will be held prior to gates open so plan to arrive early:
A maximum of two adults and one child can attend each player Q&A per Kids Club Member. The Kids Club Member must be present to attend the Q&A. No adults will be admitted to the player Q&A without child.
Your Kids Club Essentials Kit(s) are available for pickup during any regular season home game at the Mets Kids Club in section 431 from the time gates open until the end of the third inning Monday-Thursday and until the end of the fifth inning Friday-Sunday.
All Kids Club Essentials benefits can be found in the tickets section of the MLB Ballpark app. Make sure you have the MLB Ballpark app downloaded prior to arriving at Citi Field. In the “tickets” section of the MLB Ballpark app you should see a voucher labeled “2026 Kids Club Essentials Kit” present this voucher at the Kids Club location in exchange for your Kids Club Essentials Kit. You should also see a “Bonus Check In” voucher which you can scan to collect small bonus items during subsequent visits to Citi Field.
In your Kids Club Essentials kit you will receive a Kids Club Cap and Mr. Met “hat charm.” There are five more hat charms that can be collected for your Kids Club Cap during subsequent visits to Citi Field.
In the tickets section of the MLB Ballpark app you should see five vouchers labeled “Hat Charm #1 - #5”. Present these vouchers at Kids Club to collect your hat charms. *One hat charm per game attended per Kids Club Essentials Member.
You can redeem your ticket vouchers for two tickets for field level seats to select 2026 Mets Regular Season home games. You can find the full list of eligible games here:

Your ticket vouchers can be redeemed by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account associated with your Kids Club Membership. Once signed in navigate to the “vouchers” section on the menu.Once you reach the vouchers section you should see your comp vouchers. In order to redeem your vouchers you should click on “Kids Club Comp Offer Voucher”. Next select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu and select the number of vouchers you wish to redeem. On the next page select the game you wish to redeem your vouchers.

To register for Kids Club navigate to the “Membership Options” section of Mets.com/KidsClub and click on the button of which membership want to sign up for and complete the purchase/sign-up steps. You may be asked to sign into your MLB account or create one if you don’t have one already.
When registering for Kids Club please fill out the adult’s information not the child’s. Kids Club Benefits will live in the adults My Mets Tickets account and on Ballpark app.
All Kids Club registration must be completed online.
At Citi Field there will be QR codes that direct to the online registration and Kids Club staff to help troubleshoot if necessary.
For a seamless registration process it is strongly advised that all Kids Club Members complete online registration prior to arriving at Citi Field.
Kids Club’s main location is in section 431 on the promenade level. Please visit this location to redeem your Kids Club benefits. The Kids Club is open during all Mets regular season home games from the time gates open until the end of the third inning Monday-Thursday and until the end of the fifth inning Friday-Sunday.

During subsequent check-ins during the 2026 season both Kids Club Free Members and Kids Club Essentials members can present their Kids Club “Bonus Check In” voucher (also found in the “tickets” section of the MLB Ballpark app) in exchange for bonus items. Kids Club Essentials Members (paid) can also collect hat charms for their Kids Club Cap.

During all 2026 regular season home games, from gates open until the end of the third inning, you can connect with a Kids Club representative by visiting Kids Club location at Citi Field in sections 431 and 131.

Following the below Sunday home games, Kids Club members ages 12 and under are invited to run the bases postgame (weather permitting) during the Mr. and Mrs. Met Dash. All participants must be registered Kids Club members. Free Kids Club members will use the general admission line, while Essentials and Premium members can use the Fast Pass line.
Everyone wishing to participate must be registered for one of our memberships. Free Kids Club Members grants access to the general admission line for the dash. Kids Club Essentials and Premium Members can utilize the fast pass lane for the dash.
All Kids 12 and under who are registered Kids Club Members can participate in the Mr. & Mrs. Met Dash and can wear their lanyard/ID as proof of membership (digital proof of membership is also acceptable).
Free Kids Club Members (blue lanyards) can utilize the general admission line. Kids Club Essentials and Premium Members (orange lanyards) can use the fast pass lane.
Kids Club Free Members:
At the conclusion of the game Mets Kids Club Free Members should use the Bullpen Gate to exit the stadium. Kids Club Free Members should join the Kids Club General Admission Dash line on Seaver Way towards Roosevelt Avenue and Willets Point Brewery. Kids Club Free Members should be wearing their Blue Kids Club Member Lanyard and ID or have digital proof of membership ready when joining the line.
Kids Club (Paid) Essentials and Premium Members:
At the conclusion of the game Mets Kids Club (Paid) Essentials and Premium Members should use the fast pass lane on Seaver Way towards Lot A and the former location of K Korner. All Kids Club (Paid) Essentials and Premium Members should be wearing their Orange ID and Lanyard or have digital proof of membership ready.
Kids Club Members should line up for the Mr. & Mrs. Met Dash after the last out of the game. The Dash will begin shortly thereafter once the seating bowl has been cleared.
After the game guardians and adult chaperones should line up with their Kids Club Members for the dash. All adults in the line must be accompanied by a child. Once the dash starts all kids and adult chaperones will head down the warning track to first base. At first base Kids can enter the infield dirt to run the bases staying within the sectioned off areas, adults should continue down the warning track to meet their kids at home plate. There will be staff to direct you. At no point should any kids or adults touch the infield or outfield grass.
Very small children who need assistance to run the bases and children with special needs may be accompanied by one adult chaperone. For the safety of our dash participants adults who are not chaperoning very small children or those with special needs must stay on the warning track.
At Kids Club we do our best to make accommodations to ensure all Kids Club Members can enjoy the dash. Please reach out to Kids Club at least 72 hours prior to the dash at KidsClub@nymets.com and our team will do our best to accommodate.
Reentry into the seating bowl and concourse will not be permitted once you join the Mr. & Mrs. Met Dash line. Please ensure you have all your belongings (including checked strollers) and have used the restrooms before joining the line.
If you wish to bypass the general admission line you can purchase the Kids Club Essentials or Premium Membership which comes with a fast pass for the dash along with ticket vouchers and premium items. You can purchase a Kids Club Essentials Membership at Mets.com/KidsClub.
