Kids Club Members Only:

• Members can redeem Kids Club Day vouchers by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account associated with your Kids Club Membership. Once signed in navigate to the “vouchers” section on the menu.
• Once you reach the vouchers section you should see your comp vouchers for Kids Club Day which are redeemable for 4/28 or 8/21.
• In order to redeem your vouchers you should click on “Kids Club Comp Offer Voucher”. Next select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu and select the number of vouchers you wish to redeem.
• On the next page select the game you wish to redeem your vouchers for (4/28 or 8/21).

Kids Club members can check-in at the Mr. and Mrs. Met’s Kids Club Kiosk, located in Fan Fest (behind the scoreboard in center field), with their Membership ID during every home game, before the end of the third inning to earn the item of the month. In your Ballpark App you will have a voucher for each month that can be scanned to earn that corresponding monthly item. After collecting the monthly item Kids Club Members can scan their “Kids Club 2024 Bonus Check-In” vouchers subsequent trips to the ballpark for bonus prizes!

• Members can redeem 50% off codes for by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account associated with your Kids Club Membership. Once signed in navigate to the “vouchers” section on the menu.
• Once you reach the vouchers section you should see your “2024 KIDS CLUB 50% OFF VOUCHERS” that are redeemable for select 2024 Mets regular season home games.
• In order to redeem your vouchers you should click on “2024 KIDS CLUB 50% OFF VOUCHERS”. Next select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu and select the number of vouchers you wish to redeem.
• On the next page select the game you wish to redeem your vouchers for.

Each Mr. and Mrs. Met's Kids Club member receives four (4) complimentary tickets to a select Brooklyn Cyclones game at Maimonides Park. Upon arriving at the stadium please go to the Box Office and show them your Kids Club ID.

Scoreboard Codes will be emailed to members within 7 days of membership purchase.

Please note: The submission must follow our scoreboard guidelines, which can be found here, and be entered at least 48 hours prior to the selected game (based on availability, messages will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis).

You can claim your complimentary scoreboard message by entering the code emailed to you in the “Promo Code” section on the order form.

Parents/legal guardians must provide a valid email address to enroll in the program and are responsible for keeping their email information up-to-date. Email information can be updated in My Mets Tickets by clicking the My Account tab.
