The Kids Club Kiosk is located behind section 131 and is open from the time gates open until the end of the third inning during all Mets regular season home games. Please note on occasions with inclement weather the Kids Club Kiosk may be closed.
Kids Club Lanyards and IDs can be collected at the Kids Club Kiosk behind section 131 which is open from the time gates open until the end of the third inning during all Mets regular season home games. In your MLB Ballpark App you should see a voucher labeled “2025 Kids Club Membership ID Pickup” present this voucher at the Kids Club Kiosk in exchange for your Kids Club Lanyard and ID. Please note, child must be present to collect Kids Club Lanyard and ID.
All Kids Club members can check-in at the Mets Kids Club Kiosk, located in front of section 131. In your Ballpark App you will find a “Bonus Check in Voucher” you can present this voucher at the Kids Club Kiosk to earn special items and Mets Connect Rewards points. Please note, child must be present to collect items and Mets Connect rewards points. In order to collect Mets Connect points you must be registered for Mets Connect under the same account and email address you use for Kids Club. All Kids Club Members registered for our free program can participate in the Mr. & Mrs. Met Post Game Dash.
Kids Club Essentials Upgrade Holders:
You can purchase Kids Club Essentials by visiting Mets.com/KidsClub and clicking on the “Purchase Kids Club Essentials.”
Your Kids Club Essentials Kit(s) are available for pickup during any regular season home game at the Mets Kids Club Kiosk located in section 131 from gates open until the end of the third inning. Your ticket vouchers that can be redeemed for select games and your fast pass for the Mr. and Mrs. Met Dash will be delivered directly to your My Mets Tickets Account and can also be accessed in your Ballpark app.
You can redeem your ticket vouchers for two tickets to one of our Mr. & Mrs. Met Dash games which are held on select Sunday day games throughout the season. The specific dates of these games will be announced in mid-February. At which point you can redeem your vouchers.
Your ticket vouchers can be redeemed by signing into My Mets Tickets. This should be the “My Mets Tickets” account associated with your Kids Club Membership. Once signed in navigate to the “vouchers” section on the menu.
Once you reach the vouchers section you should see your comp vouchers for Kids Club Day.
In order to redeem your vouchers you should click on “Kids Club Comp Offer Voucher”. Next select “Redeem” from the voucher actions menu and select the number of vouchers you wish to redeem.
On the next page select the game you wish to redeem your vouchers.

You can find your fast passes in your My Mets Tickets account and in your Ballpark app. Please note that these fast passes can only be used to access the fast pass lane and cannot be used to enter Citi Field.
I have only one child who has a Kids Club Essentials Kit and Fast pass can their friends or younger siblings join them in the fast pass lane?
Every child over the age of 3 on the fast pass lane for the post game dash must have their own fast pass. One fast pass per child under 3. Please note all Kids Club Members registered for our free membership can use the general admission line to gain entry to the Mr. And Mrs. Met Post Game Dash.
