2020 Credit

  1. Click on the link below for the game you are looking to apply your credit towards.
  2. Log in to your My Mets Tickets account with your MLB.com email and passwords to access your exclusive presale opportunity.
  3. For all non-Marquee Games, select the seats you are looking to apply your credit towards. For Marquee Games (4/8, 9/10, 9/11, 9/12), click on the “Special Offers” tab within the My Mets Tickets menu, click on Details next to the “2021 Apply Your Credit Presale Offer – Marquee Games” and select your seats. Please note: While you may apply credit from payments of 2020 Impacted Games to 2021 Marquee Games, bonus credit may not be applied towards the purchase of these games.
  4. Your credit will automatically be applied to your purchase and reflected within your shopping cart. If your shopping cart total exceeds your credit amount, you must enter additional payment information to complete your order.
