Ticket Forwarding

  1. Login to your My Mets Tickets account using your Mets account number and your password.

    • If you do not remember your password, you may reset your password by clicking the Reset Password button, and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address on file.
  2. Once logged in, click the My Ticket Inventory tab along the top.

  3. From the Ticket Action drop down menu, select Forward Tickets.

  4. Next, click the small triangle next to the game date for which you would like to forward your tickets.

  5. Check the boxes for any tickets and/or parking passes you would like to forward.

    • If you would like to send tickets from multiple games, simply click the additional game date and mark the check box for the tickets you would like to forward.
  6. If you wish to forward tickets to a new friend, you must click the New Friend button to assign a new friend to your account.

  7. Fill in the required information and click the Save Changes button.

    • If you already have friends assigned to your account, they will appear in the Your Friends list

8. After your tickets are selected, click the friend to forward your tickets to from the Your Friends column.

9. Once all of your tickets are assigned to friends, click the Continue button in the bottom right. * You will see the number of tickets for your friend change to the number of tickets that you are forwarding them, and the tickets in your inventory will change from "Active Tickets" to your friend's name. * If you are done, click Continue

10. On the Review screen you may add a note to your friend(s).

11. After reviewing for accuracy click "Forward Tickets" to complete the forward.

Ticket Recall

You may Recall previously forwarded tickets and return them to your Ticket Inventory by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the "My History" tab, choose "Forwards" and click the "Forward ID" that contains the ticket(s) you want to recall.
  2. Click the checkboxes to select the tickets you wish to recall
  3. Click "Recall Tickets"
  4. Enter a message to your friend, and click "Recall Tickets" to complete the Recall. You will now have access to take actions on this recalled ticket in your "My Ticket Inventory" tab.
