Eligible Game: Wednesday, August 11, 2021 & September 1, 2021

Digital Rain Exchange Vouchers for eligible tickets have been loaded into each Attending Patron’s My Mets Tickets account for the game(s) listed above. Please follow the below instructions to redeem your voucher:

Click on the green Redeem Voucher(s) button.

Instructions for Desktop:

1. Log into your My Mets Tickets account.
2. Click “Vouchers” on the Left Menu
3. Click on “2021 Rain Out Ticket Redemption”
4. Select “Redeem” from the “Voucher Actions” tab on the bottom of the page
5. Check the vouchers you are looking to use. Each voucher code is valid for one (1) ticket. Click “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
6. Choose your eligible game and select your seats. To select individual seats from valid areas via the interactive seating map, click “Seat Map”.
7. All tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. Your tickets barcode(s) will appear 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game.
8. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]

2. Tap on the menu to the top right of the screen
3. Under “My Mets Tickets” tap “Vouchers”
4. Tap on “2021 Rain Out Ticket Redemption”
5. Select “Redeem” from the “Voucher Actions” tab on the bottom of the page
