August 25, 1955: Before a double header with St. Louis, the Phillies honored Del Ennis for driving in more runs than any player in team history. Ennis was presented with gifts including a Cadillac, TV, air conditioner, freezer, diamond ring, and fishing outfit. The Phillies won both games with Ennis adding 4 RBI to his record total.
