Blue Jays to open 2015 slate on road vs. Yankees

Interleague Play will feature games against Mets, Phillies, Braves, Marlins, Nats

TORONTO -- The Blue Jays will open the 2015 season on the road with a three-game series against the Yankees on April 6.

Major League Baseball released the full schedule for all 30 teams on Monday afternoon. Toronto's first home series starts on April 13 with a four-game set against the Rays and will last for 11 days with additional series against the Braves and Orioles.

Interleague Play will see the Blue Jays host the Marlins (June 8-10), the Mets (June 17-18), Phillies (July 28-29) and Braves (April 17-19). Toronto also will visit the Mets, Phillies, Braves and Nationals as part of the schedule.

All four American League East rivals will visit Rogers Centre during Toronto's first two homestands. The season will conclude on the road with a four-game series against Baltimore and a three-game set vs. Tampa Bay. The final home game will be played against the Rays on Sept. 27.

Toronto once again will play at home on Canada Day. The July 1 matinee affair will be a 1:07 p.m. ET start against Boston. The Blue Jays also will host the Angels on Victoria Day (May 18, 1:07 p.m.) and the Twins on Simcoe Day (Aug. 3, 1:07 p.m.).
