Cashman, Valentine to participate in 'Heights & Lights'

Yankees general manager Brian Cashman and former big league manager Bobby Valentine will once again rappel down the side of a 22-story building in Stamford, Conn., as part of the annual Heights & Lights event.

The pair will join FOX News Channel meteorologist Rick Reichmuth in descending the Landmark Building at 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 7. They will do a practice rappel on the morning of Dec. 5, which will be broadcast live on the FOX News Channel during its "FOX and Friends" morning newscast.

Cashman and Valentine are expected to join "Santa and friends" in rappelling the "daredevil descent" before the event continues at nearby Latham Park for music and the lighting of the holiday tree.
