Come out and vote for Dodgers' Yasiel Puig & Adrian Gonzalez

The Dodgers will be holding All-Star viewing and voting parties on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Barney’s Beanery to promote Dodgers’ rookie sensation Yasiel Puig and first baseman Adrian Gonzalez, who are two players among the five in Major League Baseball’s final vote balloting for the 2013 All-Star game in New York.  The Dodgers will be battling the division leading Arizona Diamondbacks.  “Puig campaign manager” Steve Garvey will be on hand Monday and Tuesday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. as well as Dodger Crew members, Vic “the Brick” Jacobs and the team from FOX SPORTS AM 570.

Prizes and tickets will be given away during game commercial breaks.  The Ultimate Puig Fan will be given the opportunity to meet Puig in person on Sunday, July 14, Puig T-Shirt Day at  Dodger Stadium.  Fans are urged to show their Puigmania, and we’ll choose one of the craziest, most fun fans each night.

Gonzalez and Puig were among the five players selected for the final vote and fans can vote an unlimited number of times between now and 1:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, July 11 online at Dodgers.com and on mobile devices. To vote via mobile device, fans can text N3 to 89269 to vote for Adrian Gonzalez and text N5 to 89269 to vote for Yasiel Puig. The 84^th Midsummer Classic will be held on Tuesday, July 16 at New York’s Citi Field.
