Approval Process
All artwork, copy, radio scripts, video scripts and marketing materials promoting MLB Network must be submitted to your affiliate representative or through [email protected] for approval.
Team Marks
Promotions that use a local team's marks require the consent of the team.
Print Media
• Do not include the Network in negative pieces
• Pre-approved images or team approved images only
• Avoid showing player likenesses by cropping player names and numbers
• When using balls, gloves, cleats, hats - you must showcase generic or MLB approved items
• Always include the appropriate MLB Network logo when using images (not the MLB logo or team marks)
• Always include the following blackout disclaimer: "MLB Network is subject to MLB's blackout policy."
