Cruz etching name in Orioles' record books

BALTIMORE -- Two games into his Orioles career and outfielder Nelson Cruz is already putting his name into the franchise's record books.

Cruz homered in each of his first two games with the team, becoming the fifth Orioles player to accomplish that feat. Frank Robinson (1966), Rafael Palmeiro (1994), Pete Incaviglia (1996) and Sal Fasano (2005) are the other names on that list.

Cruz also became the eighth different Orioles player to homer in each of the season's first two games. Brooks Robinson did so twice in his career, Nick Markakis in 2012 and Chris Davis last season.
