D-backs agree to terms with 25 Draft picks

ANAHEIM -- The D-backs have agreed to terms with 25 of the 40 players they selected in last week's Draft, including third-round pick Taylor Clarke, a right-hander out of College of Charleston.

The D-backs' first two picks in the Draft, Vanderbilt's Dansby Swanson (No. 1 overall) and TCU's Alex Young (43) are still competing in the College World Series and are not eligible to sign yet.

The players that agreed to terms along with Clarke are: right-hander Breckin Williams (fourth round), right-hander Ryan Burr (fifth), infielder Kal Simmons (eighth), right-hander Pierce Romero (ninth), outfielder Joey Armstrong (10th), outfielder Jason Morozowski (13th), catcher Luke Lowery (14th), outfielder Zach Nehrir (16th), right-hander Austin Mason (17th), right fielder Jacy Cave (19th), left-hander Will Lowman (20th), catcher Alexis Olmeda (21st), outfielder Logan Soole (23rd), left-hander Bryant Holtmann (24th), outfielder Stephen Dezzi (25th), left-hander Kirby Bellow (26th), right-hander Cameron Gann (27th), right-hander Keegan Long (29th), infielder Jeff Smith (30th), outfielder Luis Silverio (33rd), outfielder Jake Peevyhouse (34th), outfielder Quinnton Mack (35th), left-hander Cameron Smith (36th) and infielder Josh Anderson (38th).
