D-backs Front Office Rebranded as Culture & Innovation Center

PHOENIX - The Arizona Diamondbacks have rebranded their physical front office as the D-backs Culture & Innovation Center. The announcement was made today at the monthly employee luncheon hosted by D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall.

"Our unique corporate culture is the lifeblood of our organization and we always encourage our employees to be pioneering and innovative," said Hall. "We want those who visit our offices to feel that when they arrive and see how proud our staff is of the accomplishments that will be showcased within the Culture & Innovation Center."

The first phase of the dedication was opened today in the lobby to the team's offices at Chase Field (see attached photos courtesy Arizona Diamondbacks/L.M. Parr) with additional phases to extend throughout the entire offices. Four HD digital boards measuring 100" x 47" with rotating content that includes the team's upcoming game, roster, standings, corporate partners and more welcomes guests as they enter the D-backs Culture and Innovation Center.

An area is dedicated to the Circle of Success, created by Hall to focus the organization's efforts in five main areas - Performance, Fan Experience, Community, Culture and Financial Efficiency. The past and present honorees of the President's Council are highlighted in the Culture & Innovation Center while there are also areas dedicated to the team's accolades and honors off the field and the winners of the Most Valuable Partner Awards, a first-of-its-kind event hosted by the D-backs each offseason.

The D-backs have reached the postseason in five of their 15 years in existence (33 percent), the second-highest percentage among all 30 teams behind only the New York Yankees. Each of the division titles from 1999, 2001, 2002, 2007 and 2011 are represented, as is the 2001 World Championship.
