Detroit Tigers American League Champion and World Series Gear Now Available at the D Shop
Tigers Capture American League Pennant and Make First World Series Appearance since 2006
DETROIT – All Tigers fans are invited to celebrate like their 2012 American League Champion Detroit Tigers! With today’s win at Comerica Park, the Tigers have clinched the American League Championship and are making their first World Series appearance since 2006. Now that the Tigers are officially American League Champions, fans have the special opportunity to wear the same official apparel worn by the team during the postgame clubhouse celebration! Postseason gear will be available to all fans at The D Shop, which is located at Comerica Park on the corner of Witherell Street and Montcalm Street. The D Shop will open early on Friday so that you can be the first to have your clubhouse celebration gear! Doors will open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.
Specialty items include the 2012 American League Champion T-Shirts (adult and youth sizes) and American League Champion Caps. Additionally, World Series gear will also be available in both men’s and women’s styles.
