Reliever Rodriguez recalled, infielder Triunfel optioned

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Dodgers recalled left-handed reliever Paco Rodriguez from Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday and optioned infielder Carlos Triunfel back to Albuquerque.

Rodriguez was sent down April 16 to make room for the activation of reliever Brian Wilson. Triunfel was recalled Sunday as protection after shortstop Hanley Ramirez suffered minor discomfort with his right thumb.

The Dodgers are now back at 13 pitchers, with a split day-night doubleheader scheduled for Thursday.
