Facebook Q&A with Jason Kipnis and Ubaldo Jimenez
During their visit to the MLB Fan Cave, Cleveland Indians stars Jason Kipnis and Ubaldo Jimenez answered fan questions that were posted on the Fan Cave Facebook Page. Below are some of the questions that were selected.
Jason Kipnis: I really rooted for Ken Griffey Jr, he was my favorite player. His swing was the sweetest and he was an incredible fielder. He played the game like a kid, always with a smile. I loved that. Watching him in his prime was special.
Ubaldo Jimenez: Growing up in the Dominican Republic we had only two channels TBS and WGN so I was a Braves fan. My favorite player was Chipper Jones. The reason why I wear stirrups so high is because of Chipper.
Jason Kipnis: I love the fans. They are loyal, knowledgeable and get real loud. I also really like playing in Progressive Field.
Ubaldo Jimenez: The history is incredible. There have been so many great players, teams and moments that have happened here. I'm proud to be a part of an organization like this.
Jason Kipnis: Singer. I would want to be a rockstar. Not sure if I have the voice for it right now.
Ubaldo Jimenez: Doctor. My Mother is a nurse and I always have been interested in that field. I would want to help people.
Jason Kipnis: Damon is a rockstar, he lives in his own world. He's a really good teammate and really good hearted. He's a space cadet.
Ubaldo Jimenez: I love having him on the team. He's the funniest guy in the clubhouse.
Jason Kipnis: Very tough question. I almost said myself, but I would go with Tony Sipp. I have seen him get silly with some dance moves.
Ubaldo Jimenez: That depends on the music. If it's Latin then I would pick myself.
