The officially unofficial start to spring training happened earlier this week, as the three 28-foot trailers carrying much-needed baseball equipment arrived in Clearwater as part of Phillies Truck Day presented by Citizens!
While the Phillies clubhouse team unloaded the truck, they were assisted by Clearwater Bruce Rector and Phinley, the Jawesome Clearwater Threshers mascot.
Pitchers and catchers report on Wednesday, February 11, and the first Grapefruit League game takes place on Saturday, February 21.
