Hall of Fame broadcaster Vin Scully takes over @Dodgers for tonight's game in Yankee Stadium

NEW YORK, June 19, 2013 - Hall of Fame Los Angeles Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully will hold his first-ever Tweetcast, taking over @Dodgers for tonight's game against the New York Yankees. Scully will have full control of @Dodgers and its 140-character tweets. Fans may join the conversation and ask him questions using the designated hashtag - #VinScully. The 140 Club on MLB.com (MLB.com/the140club) also will have a live stream of the best tweets from Scully's Tweetcast.

Scully, 85, has been with the Dodgers for 64 seasons, the longest tenure of any broadcaster with one sports team in professional sports history. He was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 1995, the NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2009 and has been named National Sportscaster of the Year three times.
