Four shows on tap for 2014 Mets Concert Series

NEW YORK -- The Mets added two new acts to their 2014 Mets Concert Series this week, announcing that 50 Cent and Austin Mahone will play following games at Citi Field.

50 Cent, who in 2009 was named one of Billboard Magazine's top 10 artists and rappers of the decade, will play at Citi Field after the Mets take on the Padres on Saturday, June 14.

Mahone, a 17-year-old singer/songwriter with several hit singles on iTunes, will perform after the Mets-Astros game on Saturday, Sept. 27. Admission to both concerts is included in the cost of a game ticket.

Other acts in the Mets' concert series include Huey Lewis and the News on Saturday, July 12, and Boyz II Men on Saturday, Aug. 16. All concerts will begin approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Tickets are available on Mets.com.
