Giants welcome Mets, Nationals and Rockies to town

SAN FRANCISCO, CA. - The Giants return home for a 10-game homestand against the New York Mets (June 6-8), the Washington Nationals (June 9-12) and the Colorado Rockies (June 13-15).

On Friday, June 6, the Giants will host the first of four Orange Friday Happy Hours, presented by Lagunitas Brewing Company. A special event ticket package includes admission to the Orange Friday Happy Hour pre-game party in Seals Plaza from 5:00-7:00 p.m., featuring live music from Petty Theft, an award winning tribute band to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. It is also Portuguese Heritage Night at AT&T Park. Prior to the game, cultural entertainment will take place on the field for fans to enjoy. A portion of proceeds from each special event ticket sold will benefit cultural non-profits in the Portuguese community.

Saturday, June 7, is Heroes and Comics Night. Special event ticket holders will receive a collector's edition "Courageous Catcherman" bobblehead, specially marked and "Hero Approved Certified" by Stan Lee. All fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite comic book characters. Stan Lee will be in attendance to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Partial proceeds from every special event ticket sold will benefit local non-profits in the community. The first 7,500 fans 14 and under will receive Sergio Romo Super Hero Socks, presented by See's Candies.

Sunday, June 8, is Hello Kitty Day at AT&T Park. Fans who purchase a special event ticket will receive a Hello Kitty/Giants bobblehead. The first 20,000 fans in attendance will receive a Hello Kitty plush doll. In honor of its 40^th anniversary, performers from Beach Blanket Babylon will be in attendance to sing the National Anthem and the first 10,000 fans will receive a foam Beach Blanket Babylon hat. Following the game, all kids 14-years and younger are invited to come run the bases, presented by See's Candies.

On Monday, June 9, the Giants will host Polynesian Heritage Night, presented by AT&T. Special event ticket holders will receive a Polynesian/Giants Kukui necklace and admission to the pregame Polynesian party in Seals Plaza from 5:00-7:00 p.m., where cultural entertainment and dancing will take place. A portion of proceeds from each special event ticket sold will benefit cultural non-profits in the local community. Prior to the game, all fans will be able to enjoy on-field performances, including Polynesian dancers and drummers.

Tuesday, June 10, is Firefighter Appreciation Night, presented by AAA, in community Partnership with the California Fire Foundation, California Professional Firefighters, and the SFFD Toy Program. Special event ticket holders will get access to the pre-game firefighter party in Seals Plaza from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and a Firefighter-themed Giants duffle bag. Prior to the game, firefighters will be honored in a ceremony on the field. Proceeds from each special event ticket sold will be donated to the California Fire Foundation and the SFFD Toy Program.

It is also Say Hey Tuesday as CSN Bay Area will host Yahoo! Sports Talk Live, Giants Pregame Live, and Giants Postgame Live from Willie Mays Plaza. Fans are invited to come out early and watch their favorite sports analysts. The first 500 fans who come to Willie Mays Plaza and get in line at the Comcast SportsNet tent will receive a Duane Kuiper bobblehead.

Wednesday, June 11, is Rat Pack Night at AT&T Park. Fans who purchase a special event ticket will receive a collector's edition Rat Pack-themed Giants item. Members of the Rat Pack will be in attendance to perform the National Anthem and throw out the first pitch. Throughout the game, all fans will be able to enjoy music and entertainment themed around the Rat Pack. 

On Friday, June 13, the Giants will host Orange Friday Happy Hour: Country Night, presented by Lagunitas Brewing Company. Special Event ticket holders are invited to attend a pre-game party in Seals Plaza from 5:00-7:00 p.m., featuring live music from the California Cowboys. Fans who purchase special event tickets will also receive a limited-edition Giants Cowbell, and a complimentary beer or non-alcoholic beverage (redeemable only at the pre-game party). Partial proceeds from each special event ticket sold will benefit local non-profits. 

Following the game on Friday, all fans are invited to stay and enjoy Fireworks Night at AT&T Park, presented by Snapple.

Saturday, June 14, is the first annual Gamer Day, presented by Half Moon Bay Brewing Co. Special event ticket holders will receive early entry to the ballpark to attend a private question and answer session with Mike Krukow. In addition, special event ticket holders will receive a Gamer Day hat and Gamer Day patch.

Saturday is also Diabetes Awareness Day at AT&T Park. The Giants will join forces with American Diabetes Association to raise awareness of diabetes and fight for those affected by the disease. Proceeds from every special event ticket sold will be donated to the Association.

The first 20,000 fans in attendance on Saturday, June 14, will receive a Mad Bum Camo Cap, presented by StubHub.

On Sunday, June 15, the first 20,000 fans will receive a Father's Day Necktie, presented by State Farm. Following the game, all kids 14-years and younger are invited to come run the bases, presented by See's Candies.

Prior to Sunday's game, the Giants will host a skills clinic competition for children for Major League Baseball's Pitch, Hit & Run program. Major League Baseball's Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) is a FREE exciting skills event for boys and girls, where participants have the opportunity to compete in four levels of competition including Team Championship events at all 30 Major League ballparks and the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game.
