Historic Footage of Ruth and Gehrig Surfaces

Historic video featuring two of baseball's most iconic figures surfaced recently and was released by the New York Times. The short clip shows Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig in the Yankees dugout. The date of the film, June 1, 1925, was Ruth's first game back from the "bellyache heard' round the world." It was also the first of 2,130 consecutive games played by Gehrig.
