Indians Fans Set Hot Dog Record

As if the Indians haven't given Clevelanders enough reasons so far this season to make it to a game (this team has been HOT), they're having FIFTEEN Dollar Dog Nights this year! Whaaaat!

Discount food is easily one of the most popular ways to attract fans, and everyone made that pretty clear last night when the crowd of just over 34,000 devoured 66,726 hot dogs. That, my friends, is an all-time hot dog sales record at Progressive Field. I have to say that the way those hot dog filled fans still managed to get on their feet in the bottom of the tenth inning to go nuts for Jason Kipnis' very first walk-off home run is preeetty impressive. Keep up the record setting (in the stands AND on the field), Cleveland!
