CLEVELAND, OH -The Indians return home for an 11-game homestand that's part of a stretch of 30 games in 30 days. It begins with four games vs. Detroit (Sept. 1-4), three vs. the White Sox (Sept. 5-7), a makeup of June 18 rainout vs. the Angels (Sept. 8) and three vs. the Twins (Sept. 9-11).

FANS CAN OWN A PIECE OF PROGRESSIVE FIELD HISTORY: THE BALLPARK'S TURNSTILES

Indians fans can own a piece of Progressive Field history, as a limited number of the ballpark's turnstiles are available for purchase. The turnstiles have been used for 20 years, and are a must-have for any hardcore fan.

They've been authenticated by Major League Baseball and are available by calling or visiting the Progressive Field Team Shop at 216-420-HITS.

INDIANS ANNOUNCE ENHANCEMENTS TO FAN EXPERIENCE AT PROGRESSIVE FIELD

The Cleveland Indians announced last week that the club would make major enhancements at Progressive Field this offseason aimed at adapting to fans' expectations for their ballpark experience.

Developed after extensive research into the team's fan base and its preferences and demands, the project will include:

 

  • Expanded Kids Clubhouse
  • Two-story, climate-controlled bar in right field
  • Dramatic new Gate C/Redesigned bullpens in center field
  • Incorporation of popular city neighborhoods into the ballpark
  • Integrating more of the team's storied history into the park
  • New Group seating area in right field upper deck
