Chesney’s 'No Shoes Nation' Tour will also feature Zac Brown Band

The Minnesota Twins today announced that the ”Corona Light Presents Kenny Chesney’s 'No Shoes Nation' Tour” will make a stop at Target Field on Friday, July 12, 2013. This second-ever concert at Target Field is a part of Chesney’s 17-date stadium tour across the country.

Tickets for the Target Field concert will go on sale to the general public on Friday December 7 at 10:00 a.m. CST. At that time, tickets can be purchased exclusively online at www.twinsbaseball.com/concerts.

An exclusive pre-sale for all new and renewed Twins’ season ticket holders is scheduled for Tuesday December 4.

“Kenny Chesney's performance in last summer's inaugural concert at Target Field was historic and unforgettable on so many fronts," said Dave St. Peter, Twins President. "With those special memories in mind, the Twins are honored to have Kenny Chesney's "No Shoes Nation Tour" visit Target Field. We expect this to be another great concert at Target Field, a place on its way to becoming the best outdoor music venue in the region.”

"I believe what we've created on the road is something special," says Chesney, "the fans, myself, the band, the crew. But it's really the fans who have given us a wonderful, unique life. What we've all built together is the 'No Shoes Nation.' There is no better name for this tour."

In addition to Kenny Chesney, the ‘No Shoes Nation’ concert at Target Field will include the GRAMMY Award winning Zac Brown Band, whose latest album “Uncaged” debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 along with Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves.
