Kids Can Visit the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame for FREE This December During "Toy for a Tour"
Museum’s Offseason Promotional Schedule Also Includes Special Savings for January, February, and March
This offseason, the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame will offer monthly promotions and great savings for Atlanta Braves fans beginning in December. From December 1-22, the Braves Museum will offer free admission and free tours to children 14 and under who make a donation of a new and unwrapped toy during the “Toy for a Tour” promotion. In addition to seeing the many artifacts and photos at the Braves Museum, fans can take a tour of Turner Field, where they will sit in the Braves dugout, visit the Braves press box and broadcast booths, and see their favorite players’ lockers in the Braves clubhouse. The Atlanta Braves Foundation will donate the toys to the Emmaus House for distribution to those in need in the Peoplestown neighborhood of downtown Atlanta this holiday season.
2011-2012 Winter Promotional Calendar*
December 2011 – Toy for a Tour – Children 14 and under can donate a new, unwrapped toy and receive free admission to the Braves Museum including a Turner Field tour.
January 2012 – Two for $12 in 2012 – During the month of January, fans can receive two regular adult admissions for the price of one. Two can tour Turner Field and visit the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame for just $12.
February 2012 – Groundhog Day Repeat Pass – In celebration of Groundhog Day, fans who visit the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame and tour Turner Field between February 1-3, will receive a Groundhog Pass that will allow them to visit the Braves Museum and tour the ballpark as many times as they want during the 2012 calendar year.
March 2012 – Spring Training Special – In the spirit of Spring Training, anyone who mentions the “Spring Training Special” at the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame can tour Turner Field for only $7 in March, which is a 42% savings off the regular price.

Turner Field tours, including admission to the Braves Museum, are regularly $12 for adults, $7 for children 13 and under, and $10 for groups of 20 or more. More than 600 artifacts and photos are housed at the Braves Museum including: Hank Aaron's #715 bat and ball, Warren Spahn's Cy Young Award and Purple Heart, Dale Murphy's two MVP Awards, Sid Bream's knee brace from his historic slide home in 1992, the Braves 1995 World Series trophy and championship rings. Turner Field tours take fans behind the scenes of the ballpark, to sit in the Braves dugout, visit the Braves press box and broadcast booths, see their favorite players’ lockers in the Braves clubhouse, and more. The Braves Museum & Hall of Fame is open Monday – Saturday during the offseason from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., with Turner Field tours leaving on the hour. The museum will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, December 23 – January 2, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Turner Field tours, including admission to the Braves Museum, are $12 for adults, $7 for children 13 and under, and $10 for groups of 20 or more. Free parking is available during the offseason in the Turner Field Green Lot, on the corner of Hank Aaron Drive and Ralph David Abernathy Avenue.
