Mariners Spanish audio to be carried on ESPN Deportes Seattle Radio Group

ROOT SPORTS and ESPN Deportes Seattle Radio Group announced today that its four stations in the Puget Sound area will broadcast the Seattle Mariners Spanish Audio feed for the remainder of the 2014 regular season.

Mariners Spanish Audio distributes the play-by-play of all Mariners home games televised by ROOT SPORTS on SAP channels where available. The following radio stations will air the Spanish feed:

  • 1490 AM Seattle/Bremerton
  • 1480 AM Tacoma/Lakewood
  • 92.1 FM Tacoma/Puyallup
  • 1280 AM Olympia/Lacey

Alex Rivera is Spanish play-by-play voice of Mariners Spanish Audio. Former Mariners second baseman Julio Cruz will join Alex in the booth for select games throughout the season. Steve Guasch is the producer of and "sidekick" on the Spanish feed.
