Mets' Citi Field Sleepover set for June 20

CHICAGO -- The Mets have announced that their 2015 Citi Field Sleepover event will take place Saturday, June 20, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET. Tickets are on sale at mets.com/sleepover.

Fans with sleeping bags will have an opportunity to sleep on the Citi Field outfield grass, while those with tents will be able to set up on the warning track. All participants will watch the Mets' game in Atlanta that night from Citi Field's center-field video board, followed by a showing of "The Lego Movie."

The Mets also will provide Fan Fest games, an appearance by a team alumnus, snacks, limited concessions for purchase and breakfast the next morning. In addition, fans will be able to meet and have their pictures taken with Mr. and Mrs. Met, and will receive tickets to the Mets' game on Tuesday, July 28, against the Padres.

Fans aged 12 and over can buy tickets for $85. Children 5-12 cost $70, while everyone under 5 years old will receive free admission. Last year, more than 300 fans attended the event.
