Michael Bolton? Captain Jack Sparrow?

The Lonely Island guys always put out great material, and their latest video featuring Michael Bolton - the actual Michael Bolton and not the one from Office Space - is hilarious. Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer bring us another solid hip–hop track, done as only LI can. It glorifies the club life of beautiful women, expensive champagne and VIP treatment...and then they add Mr. Bolton for the “sexy hook."

Bolton puts a hook on it all right. The balladeer belts out an ode to his favorite swashbuckling big screen pirate and leaves the three rapping comics wondering, “What have we done?”

Michael then jumps from movie to movie singing about his favorite characters and to quote my favorite line from Sandberg, "It's not better.”

Whether they are “On a Boat” or collaborating with Michael Bolton, The Lonely Island crew are always flat-out funny.
