MTV2 and MLB today announced that "Off the Bat from the MLB Fan Cave" will premiere on MTV2 on Tuesday, April 1 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT and air during that Tuesday night timeslot throughout the 2014 season. "Off the Bat" is where MLB players will share their love for pop culture and entertainment, while fans will gain behind-the-scenes access to the biggest stars in the game. Additionally, famous fans of the game will stop by the MLB Fan Cave to chat with series hosts and interact with players.
