Washington Nationals Homestand Highlights vs. Milwaukee Brewers (July 18-20)

Nationals kick off second half of the season with Austin Mahone NatsLive FREE Postgame Concert and Denard Span bobblehead giveaway

FRIDAY, JULY 18
Freedom Fireworks: Following the first game of the Nationals-Brewers series, fans can enjoy a special patriotic-themed fireworks display. Fans are encouraged to move to the third base side of the ballpark for a better view. Before the fireworks display, fans will also be treated to a special performance by the United States Army Drill Team in the outfield.

RBI Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament: Prior to the Nationals-Brewers game, the Nationals will recognize players from Prince George's County Boys and Girls Club RBI teams who will participate in the RBI regional tournament throughout the weekend. The Nationals will also provide complimentary game tickets to the evening game for all 17 teams participating in the RBI Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament. Additionally, for the duration of the tournament, the two teams representing Prince George's County RBI will be outfitted in full replica Washington Nationals uniforms, donated by the team. Winners of the RBI Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament will advance to the MLB/RBI World Series in Arlington, Texas from August 5-17, 2014.

Ian's Academy All-Stars: Nationals shortstop Ian Desmond will once again invite a group of scholar-athletes from the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy - where Ian sits on the Board of Directors - to Nationals Park for an opportunity to enjoy a Nationals game. As part of this season-long program, the group will enjoy a private meet and greet with Ian as well as a special batting practice viewing and tickets complete with NatsBucks. SATURDAY, JULY 19
NatsLive FREE Postgame Concert Series Presented by Travel Channel - Austin Mahone: Teen sensation Austin Mahone will hit the Nationals Park stage for the second NatsLive FREE Postgame Concert Series of the 2014 season. At just 18 years old, singer/songwriter Austin Mahone is making his mark, having kicked off the year with an MTV VMA win for "Artist to Watch" and MTV European Music Award for "Artist on the Rise." His recent release featuring Pitbull, "Mmm Yea," debuted on the Billboard Hot 100, while his previous hit singles "What About Love" and "Banga! Banga!" can be heard on top radio stations across the nation. Mahone is currently on his first headlining tour, "MTV's Artist to Watch Tour," and is gearing up for the release of his new album The Secret in May.

The concert is free with a valid July 19 game ticket and will begin approximately 15 minutes after the game's final out. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase a field pass for $50 at the Advance Ticket Sales Window in Center Field Plaza when gates open at 4:30 p.m., while supplies last. DC Public Library Summer Reading: To celebrate DC Public Library's 2014 Summer Reading program sponsored by the Nationals, the team's players and manager Matt Williams will visit four D.C. public libraries on Saturday, July 19 to read to and interact with local youth enrolled in the summer-long initiative.

Harper's Heroes: In partnership with the Nationals and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Harper's Heroes is a season-long program that treats families affected by childhood cancers to a fun-filled day at Nationals Park. The VIP experience includes a private meet and greet with Harper as well as a special batting practice viewing, T-shirts and tickets to the game, complete with NatsBucks.

Denard Span Bobblehead Presented by PNC Bank: The first 25,000 fans to enter Nationals Park through ALL GATES will receive a Denard Span bobblehead presented by PNC Bank when the Nationals host the Milwaukee Brewers. Fans will also have the opportunity to receive a bobblehead with the purchase of any Denard Span T-shirt from the Nationals Clubhouse Main Team Store. This offer is ONLY available at the Nationals Clubhouse Main Team Store on the day of the giveaway, while supplies last.
