Dickerson, Casilla likely done for season

BALTIMORE -- Chris Dickerson and Alexi Casilla are both likely done for the rest of the season, with Dickerson dealing with a right hamstring injury and Casilla injured in a collision on Monday against the Rays.

Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Dickerson -- who had an MRI that revealed a slight tear -- hasn't been available for a while, particularly as a hitter. Dickerson has opted to stay with the team through Sunday's regular season finale and Casilla is also expected to hang around.

Casilla's injury is two-fold, with concussion-like symptoms after his collision with Nick Markakis and a right thumb sprain also sustained on the play. Casilla hit .214 in 62 games, while Dickerson appeared in 56 games and hit .238.
