Phils push Halladay back, move up Lee

PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies shuffled their rotation this week against the Padres.

They pushed back Roy Halladay from Wednesday to Thursday to give him an extra day after the Phillies said he suffered flu-like symptoms over the weekend. Left-hander Cliff Lee will pitch Wednesday on normal rest.

Lee had been scheduled to pitch Thursday.

"I think he lost a lot of strength for a couple days there," interim manager Ryne Sandberg said of Halladay. "He actually went home the first day with it. He's feeling much better."
