Pirates unveil new Season Ticket Member outfield wall signage

Pirates First in MLB to Display Season Ticket Members Names on the Outfield Wall

There is a new addition to the PNC Park outfield for the remainder of the 2015 season, and the enhancement is designed to bring Pirates Season Ticket Members even closer to the game. The Pirates unveiled today the first of its kind outfield wall signage recognizing 2015 Pirates Season Ticket Members.

The 8 foot by 7 foot padded panels are now affixed to the left field wall in front of sections 135-136 and lists each current Pirates Season Ticket Member and Corporate Partner as of May 1, 2015, in alphabetical order. Season Ticket Members who have been with the Pirates since the ballpark's opening in 2001 are recognized in capital letters.

Fans wanting a closer look at the new outfield Season Ticket Member Wall, can view a replica of the wall at the new Season Ticket Member Central location on the main concourse of PNC Park (behind Section 130). The replica will be in place for the remainder of the season and accessible to every fan at PNC Park.

"This is another way for us to honor the pride and passion of our great fan base as they will now symbolically take the field with the team each and every home game," said Drew Cloud, Pirates Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. "The incredible atmosphere at PNC Park begins with our Season Ticket Members. We are proud to be the first team in Major League Baseball to have the names of our Members installed on the outfield wall as another way of recognizing their loyalty."
