Postseason tickets set to go on sale Thursday

ST. LOUIS -- With the Cardinals again on track to play into October, the club announced postseason tickets will be available for purchase beginning Thursday.

Tickets for a potential Wild Card game, which is scheduled to be played on Oct. 1, as well as Division Series tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets can be purchased online at cardinals.com, at the Busch Stadium ticket window on 8th Street or by calling 314-345-9000.

Online registration is required for those wanting to buy tickets for National League Championship Series and/or World Series games. Fans can submit their registration from Friday through Sept. 19, after which a random drawing will be held to determine who gets an opportunity to purchase tickets. Winners of the drawing will be notified via email on Sept. 20, and can begin buying NLCS or World Series tickets on Sept. 24.

Full details on the online registration process can be found at cardinals.com/postseason. The organization has set a four-ticket limit for one NLCS game and a two-ticket limit for one World Series game.
