Rays sign 11 more draftees

ST. PETERSBURG -- The Rays announced Monday that they signed 11 draftees, bringing their total to 16.

Now with the club are right-handed pitcher Reece Karalus (eighth round), right-handed pitcher Sam Triece (10th round), outfielder Landon Cray (18th round), left-handed pitcher Porter Clayton (19th round), right-handed pitcher Noel Rodriguez (26th round), right-handed pitcher Timothy Ingram (31st round), right-handed pitcher Ty Jackson (32nd round), right-handed pitcher Collin Chapman (33rd round), infielder Blake Butera (35th round), right-handed pitcher Bryan Bonnell (36th round) and outfielder Kewby Meyer (37th round).

Prior to these 11 players, the Rays had already signed right-handed pitcher Brandon Koch (fourth round), right-handed pitcher Benton Moss (sixth round), infielder Jake Croneworth (seventh round), catcher Danny De la Calle (ninth round) and right-handed pitcher Ian Gibaut (11th round).
