Omaha Storm Chasers (76-67)

Omaha finished the regular season with a five-game sweep vs. the Sky Sox. Andy Ferguson (5.0 IP, 7 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 4 SO) notched his first Triple-A win, with Andrew Triggs earning the save in his Triple-A debut. Matt Fields hit a three-run homer in the fourth. Brian Bocock doubled three times and scored twice. Omaha opens a playoff series on Wednesday against Memphis.

NW Arkansas Naturals (28-41 second half, 53-87 overall)

Arkansas 6, NW Arkansas 3

The Naturals were swept in the season's final series as Arkansas catcher Zach Zaneski hit a pair of two-run homers. Edinson Rincon recorded two hits and two RBIs for the Naturals. Ethan Chapman and Orlando Calixte added two hits apiece. Luke Farrell pitched well in his second Double-A start, allowing two runs, three hits and no walks with six strikeouts over 6.0 innings.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (32-37 second half, 65-72 overall)

Wilmington 7, Salem 6 (10 innings)

HR: None

Fred Ford raced home on a Logan Davis triple as Wilmington ended the season with a walk-off win. The Blue Rocks scored two in the ninth to force extras. Jared Schlehuber was 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBIs and a run. Davis posted two hits, as did Zane Evans, Cody Stubbs and Ramon Torres.

Lexington Legends (28-42 second half, 57-83 overall)

Lexington 6, Greenville 4
WP: Robinson Yambati (1-1 with Lexington, 1-3 overall)
SV: Andrew Brockett (1 with Lexington, 2 overall)
HR: Alfredo Escalera (9)

Lexington rallied from a 4-1 deficit to finish 2014 with a win. Mauricio Ramos was 4-for-5 plus two runs, finishing a home run shy of the cycle. Chad Johnson had two hits, two RBIs and the go-ahead run. Alfredo Escalera added insurance with a solo homer in the ninth.

Idaho Falls Chukars (16-19 second half, 36-37 overall)

Idaho Falls 6, Ogden 5
WP: Jake Newberry (6-4)
SV: Nick Green (4)
HR: Ryan O'Hearn (13)

The Chukars won at Ogden, moving ahead with a four-run seventh. Samir Duenez posted three hits and an RBI. Ryan OHearn had two RBIs, including a solo homer in the first. Jake Newberry earned his team-leading sixth win, striking out seven without a walk over 6.0 innings (7 H, 3 R, 2 ER).
