Single-game tickets on sale Nov. 29

PITTSBURGH -- Tickets for individual games will go on sale on Nov. 29, "Black Friday," and what could be more natural for a team that reset the bar for fan enthusiasm with the famed PNC Blackout for last month's National League Wild Card Game?

Fans will be able to purchase tickets to any 2014 game -- including a limited number available for Opening Day, on March 31 against the Cubs -- beginning at 10 a.m. ET at pirates.com.

The club is introducing three-tier pricing, with all 81 home games classified as White (52 games), Gold (17) and, naturally, Black (12).

The Gold designation has been assigned to Opening Day, all Saturday games beginning in May, and popular matchups against the Red Sox and Phillies.

Black games include Saturday games in April and all Friday games beginning in May, with the exception of the July 4 date with Philadelphia.

In addition to pirates.com, single-game tickets will be available at the PNC Park ticket office and by calling 877-893-2827.
